We visited Sonja regarding my son. She has been very helpful, she listens to what you have to say, and is very supportive. She’s also good with kids and my son adores her. The atmosphere in the office is very positive and the kids and parents can feel that. It was a pleasure working with her and we still keep in touch, as she’s always very keen on answering all our questions and thoughts.

From the beginning, our daughter felt comfortable with Ms. Johnsen and enjoyed going to therapy. She was even happy about the weekly homework! Mrs. Johnsen took the concerns of us parents seriously and always actively searched for solutions together with us. She had a positive attitude towards our child and the language challenges at all times. We are convinced that this helped our daughter to learn so well and with such pleasure in the therapy.

We met Mrs. Johnsen 5 years ago when our oldest son, who was 3 years old at the time, hardly spoke and we as well as the teachers in the kindergarten were at a loss as to how we could help him. Mrs. Johnsen won the trust of our very shy boy very quickly with hearty play and we noticed in a short time how he started to open up and communicate more and more linguistically. Mrs. Johnsen always had an open ear for us during this time and throughout all the years and also suggestions what we could try at home. We especially appreciated how she always put the needs of the child in the center and that she was always very good at assessing what our son needed. He is now in the second grade and there is no trace of his speech development problems.
Mrs. Johnsen is now helping our second son to improve his pronunciation and she immediately developed a very good relationship with him. Especially during the lockdown period, we particularly appreciated Ms. Johnsen‘ flexibility as well as your continued support by phone and for our son on screen. I experienced Sonja Johnsen as very differentiated, professionally highly competent and very emphatic and imaginative in relation to her client. She led her from a reservedness into a new openness and worked with her quasi parallel on the side path on the logopedic task.
